We have always provided a ton of flexibility with scheduling. However, now we need to put safety before flexibility.
If your artist has to miss a session, make-up times are limited to specified times and can include an online session.
For example, if your artist has to miss their studio session this week, they can make-up the session online or in studio on a Monday evening (7-8pm) within the month before or after the missed session.
Contact us to arrange your make-up session and a time to pick up their current project if making up online.
We continue to take extra measures for the health of your artist, your family and ours! We are strongly encouraging masks with our artists!
Please have your artist wear paint clothes and/or smocks in and leave with them. For now, we can't keep smocks here.
Contact with Other Artists
Desks are spaced appropriately.
We aren't making artists stay at their desks, but are encouraging them to maintain a safe distance from each other.
Please encourage your artist to wear a mask at the studio! We will also be strongly encouraging masks when they arrive. We do have a limited supply available for those that don't have one available.
We appreciate all of our artist families who are cautious when evaluating your artist for attendance. Please do not send your artist if they aren't feeling well. Also, please use the CDC/IDPH guidelines for quarantining based on possible exposure and waiting for test results.
THANK YOU FOR DOING YOUR PART TO HELP KEEP OUR
ARTIST COMMUNITY SAFE!
